Shane is a manager in mbt’s accounting division. Shane has in excess of 7 years accounting and taxation experience ranging in a number of industries including professional practice, manufacturing, retail, insurance, real estate, property development, and personal wealth.
Examples of work undertaken and expertise include:
- Preparation of accounts and income tax returns for companies, trusts, superannuation funds, partnerships and high net wealth individuals;
- Taxation of deceased estates;
- GST and business activity statements;
- Compliance and administration of self managed superannuation funds;
- Fringe benefits tax and salary packaging; and
- Other state taxes including, payroll tax, land tax & stamp duty
Shane is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
