mbt is a professional services firm with big plans for the future. We are looking to take on cadets in January 2009 to facilitate our continued growth.

Who should apply?

We are looking for people with passion and drive, who want to make a difference, who can contribute in the team environment and who will complement our existing staff.

Of course, you must gain entry into an approved degree, majoring in accounting or financial planning.

What do we expect of you?

Hard work, dedication and a good attitude to learning.

The cadet program includes:

Study leave (2 days paid leave per subject, per semester) to help you get through university; and
Textbook re-imbursement of up to $250 per semester of study; and
Flexible working hours to help accommodate your study.

We are flexible and open to ideas on the best method to get you through university.

What is offered to help your professional development?

Intensive training will be provided to help get you started and our mentoring program will help you adapt to your new environment. As part of a close team, your on-the-job training will be second to none. Training is by way of a combination of in-house and external sessions.
