Experience Ashleigh joined mbt in 1998 as a financial adviser. He was appointed team leader of the financial planning division in 2001 and subsequently developed mbt's financial planning and finance divisions. In 2005 he was admitted as a principal of mbt. He became the Chief Executive Officer of mbt in 2007 and is responsible for operations and the strategic direction of the group.
